How do I use my e-Movie Cash Ticket?
Once you have printed your e-Movie Cash Ticket, you can use it at any participating e-Movie Cash theater. If you are unable to immediately print, you can still print from your confirmation e-mail for up to 7 days. Printed 3D Upgrade e-Movie Cash Tickets can be used for up to $3.00 toward box office admission to see The Amazing Spider-Man™ in 3D or any other 3D film in theater. Your e-Movie Cash Ticket is not valid with any other offer; no change will be provided, and is not refundable for cash.

e-Movie Cash cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or expired. Subject to Terms and Conditions found on program's website.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are twelve (12) years of age or older. Participants under the age of eighteen (18) must obtain parental permission in order to participate.

Do I need to enter the code exactly as it appears in the e-mail confirmation?
Yes. Your code must be entered as it appears in the e-mail confirmation. Please note that codes are not case sensitive.

What can I do if I lose my e-Movie Cash Ticket or need to reprint it?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail, which includes a link to print your e-Movie Cash Ticket. This link will expire within 7 days after activating your reward. Lost, misplaced, damaged or expired e-Movie Cash Tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

Can I get more than one (1) $3.00 3D Upgrade e-Movie Cash Ticket?
You are allowed a maximum of 30 points for this promotion per e-mail address for the entire promotion period. If you were to redeem your points only for the $3.00 3D Upgrade e-Movie Cash Tickets, you could obtain a total of 15 for the program.

What if the 3D surcharge is more or less than $3.00?
3D Upgrade e-Movie Cash can be used for up to $3.00 towards your 3D movie admission. Regardless of the surcharge amount, if the admission price is more than $3.00, you must pay the difference in cash to the box office. If the admission price is less than $3.00, no change is provided.

Can I make copies of my e-Movie Cash Ticket?
No. Mechanically reproduced, forged or altered official e-Movie Cash Tickets will not be accepted. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes.

I do not have access to a printer. How can I print out my e-Movie Cash Ticket?
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, allowing you to print your ticket for up to 7 days. After 7 days you will no longer be able to print the ticket unless you have forwarded your confirmation e-mail to an account or person with access to a printer.

The theater is asking for my address and/or zip code to enter into their POS terminal. What do I tell them?
The theater should not ask for your address and/or zip code, they should be entering the address and zip code that is printed on your e-Movie Cash Ticket. The address is 111 John Street, 27th Floor, New York, NY 10038.

I have a question or complaint about a movie theater.
e-Movie Cash operates independently from the theaters. If you have a local theater specific question(s) regarding topics such as available theater amenities, ticket category age policies, or when a particular movie will be coming to your location, you must contact the theater directly.

I received an "Internal Error" message. What does this mean?
This message is usually received if your browser has not been set to accept "cookies." Cookies are small text files stored on your computer by e-Movie Cash and other Websites you visit.
